The strategy for Bar Beach Contrast House was to create its own internal amenity, maximising natural light, breezes and privacy to manage the site constraints. Similarly to the rear, a large landscaped area including a pool and terrace, restricts unwanted views and creates a private outdoor space linked directly to the main living areas.
